Thank you for your input @BigEclipse - I did a search for Avocado Oil and found lots of places I can get it online. I will have to try that. For now, though, I will try the potato thing, and see how that goes. Seems like I remember my mother putting cucumbers on her eyes when I was little. I wonder if that is what it was for? Hmmmm...

I have Fibromyalgia and when it flares up, my eyes get really dark, no matter how much rest I get, (although I do suffer from sleep disturbances quite often). Does the potato thing really work? Where can I get some avocado oil? If I buy an avocado, I will eat it. I crave those things, but they are so expensive!
